Role Overview:

Roomvu is in search of an energetic Customer Success Specialist (CSS) who will be instrumental in supporting our clients’ success and ensuring they leverage our video marketing solutions to their fullest potential. As a vital link between Roomvu and our clients, you will play a key role in building robust relationships, guiding clients through our innovative platform, and aligning their marketing strategies with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Support: Facilitate new client integration, providing essential training on our platform and ongoing support.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Customized Success Strategy: Collaborate with clients to create personalized success plans that align with their specific goals, driving measurable outcomes.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analyses of client campaigns, offering insights to enhance performance and ROI.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on real estate marketing trends, positioning Roomvu as a leader in innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in account management, preferably in tech or real estate marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, with an emphasis on video marketing and social media.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to handle multiple projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
